Party Powers carries frame tents in multiple widths and lengths, allowing us to build around different yards, event layouts and guest counts. Lengths can generally be extended in 10-foot increments depending on the setup.

Tent names are sometimes rounded for simplicity. For example, a frame tent commonly referred to as a 20×20 may have an actual frame width closer to 18 feet, while a tent commonly called a 30×30 may have an actual width closer to 28 feet.
That is why we recommend measuring the available event area and sending photos before choosing a tent based only on the advertised size or guest count. Trees, fences, pools, walls and side-height clearance can all affect what fits.
Party Powers specializes in professional tent draping for weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras and special events. Draping can be added to select Party Powers tents or, in some cases, to an eligible existing event tent.
Choose from tent-and-drape setups, commercial tent draping, naked tent styles, flat tent styles and other custom draping options depending on the structure and event design.
Party Powers installs event tents on a variety of surfaces throughout West Covina, Los Angeles and the San Bernardino area. We prefer staking whenever the property allows it, but weighted setups may also be available depending on the tent, surface and event location.
Final setup requirements depend on the tent type, available space, anchoring options and property conditions.
Staking is our preferred anchoring method when the property and surface allow it. When staking is not possible, Party Powers may use sandbags or concrete blocks depending on the tent and installation requirements.
We do not provide beach tent installations.
Standard frame tent rentals include professional installation and labor. The exact setup is based on the tent size, event space and anchoring needs.
Commercial tent installations also include labor, while options such as walls, weights, draping, lighting and other upgrades may be priced separately.
Tent delivery and pickup timing depends on the event date, location, access and schedule. When possible, Party Powers prefers enough time to install the tent before guests arrive and remove it after the event.
If the property and schedule allow it, we may deliver and install the tent one or two days before the event. This gives our team more time to complete the setup without interfering with your event day.
Same-day installation may be available when required. Let us know your event start time, venue access time and any setup deadlines so we can confirm whether the timing works.
Pickup may take place after the event or on a later scheduled day. Pickups scheduled after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional fee, so let us know your event end time before booking.
For the most accurate tent quote, let us know whether we can install one or two days before the event and pick up the following day, or if your venue requires same-day setup and removal. Pickups after 8:00 PM require an additional fee.
